Experience and specialization

As part of his legal background, he has worked as in-house legal counsel for a major European commercial real estate developer after working previously for the largest law firm in the Czech Republic. He concentrates on legal matters pertaining to real estate in the company, such as liabilities, acquisitions, corporate agenda, and the development of real estate projects, including financing. He additionally worked for the "BigFour" in auditing.
